Professional Gold Winning Jerk Relay Team

With Will Metcalf’s powerful contribution (photographed in his no-nonsense supportive role below), this team–lovingly called “IC in the Hizzy” considering Will is from Massachusetts–was unstoppable at the West Coast Kettlebell Classic on February 7, 2015.  IC in the Hizzy came in first place with 230 points!
